And every time a listing went stale, I'd watch the same thing happen: the agent's confidence with their seller would quietly erode. Phone calls got shorter. The same day we shoot — or the shoot is free. Photos are edited and delivered to your private gallery by end of day. No chasing, no "next business day" disclaimers. Videos take a little longer and are delivered within 48 hours.
Online in under 60 seconds at homes.pixplusmedia.com. Pick your package, select a date and time, and you're confirmed. No back-and-forth emails, no phone calls required.
Clean and declutter every room. Clear countertops, hide trash cans and loose cords, remove personal photos, and move cars from the driveway. Outside: mow the lawn and sweep hard surfaces. The camera shows exactly what's there — prep is the single biggest factor in photo quality.
No — we're fully self-sufficient. Just ensure we have access via lockbox or a contact on-site, and that the property is ready. You're welcome to be present, but it's not required.
We're based in Miami and cover all of Miami-Dade and Broward County — including Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Brickell, Aventura, Doral, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas. Have a listing slightly outside this range? Reach out and we'll work something out.
We stand behind every shoot. If something doesn't look right, contact us and we'll make it right — whether that means a reshoot or a refund. Our same-day delivery guarantee also applies: if your photos aren't in your inbox by end of day, the shoot is on us.
The Real Agent package takes around 60 minutes. Top Agent (photos + video + drone) runs about 120 minutes. The #1 Agent package, which adds a 3D tour and floor plan, is around 200 minutes. Larger properties may take a bit longer — we'll flag it at booking if so.
Yes. All aerial work is performed under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. This matters — using unlicensed drone imagery for commercial marketing can expose you, your client, and your broker to significant FAA fines. With PIXPLUS, you're fully covered.
We shoot rain or shine on interiors. For exteriors, we offer sky replacement on all outdoor photos at no extra charge — overcast or gray skies become clean blue ones in post. For drone work in unsafe conditions, we'll reschedule that portion only, at no cost to you.
PIXPLUS retains copyright, but you receive a full, unlimited-use license tied to the listing — MLS, Zillow, social media, print, email campaigns, and personal branding, for as long as you hold the listing. No restrictions, no watermarks, no hidden usage fees.
Via a private online gallery link sent to your email. High-resolution, MLS-ready files are available for individual or bulk download. No watermarks, accurate color grading, and your gallery stays live for 12 months.
Yes — reschedules and cancellations are free with at least 24 hours notice. We know listings move fast and plans change. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee to cover the time already blocked. Contact us as early as possible and we'll take care of it.
